Nothing here is left to chance. Sculptural form, climate-responsive planning and a carefully curated material palette have been worked and reworked until each element earns its place. Large glazing, generous ceiling volumes and deep overhangs draw pool, garden and waterfront into the body of the house, so that its character is built not from scale but from proportion, shadow, material depth and the slow change of light across the day.
